Conference and Meetings at the Howard

Whether you are planning a corporate dinner, drinks reception or business meeting in Edinburgh The Howard can offer exceptional service and attention to detail in a peaceful and luxurious venue. This combined  with complimentary valet parking for conference delegates and the services of a dedicated butler for the duration of your visit make it one of the most impressive options for your business use in Edinburgh.

The Atholl
The Howard's dining room.  Elegantly decorated with luxurious furniture and fittings the perfect setting for a corporate lunch or for use as a break out room in conjunction with our Oval and Cumberland suite. Available for use from 11.30am until 6pm daily


The Oval and Cumberland
Two very private rooms with adjoining double doors located within one of the three townhouses, which make up The Howard.  These elegantly decorated rooms with elaborate crystal chandeliers can be accessed through their own private entrance, where your guests will be greeted by your butler who will be on hand to look after you throughout your visit.
The rooms can be combined to seat up to 40 people for a banquet or can accommodate up to 60 people for a drinks reception.  The Cumberland is ideal for boardroom meetings for up to 20 people with the Oval room used as a breakout room for relaxing and enjoying coffee during breaks throughout the day.

Accommodation
Should you require accommodation for members of your party for the duration of your meeting our events team would be pleased to offer discounted bed and breakfast rates for your delegates, please contact a member of the team for the best available rates.

Our Guest Services Manager would  be pleased to arrange some added extras for your delegates throughout their stay with this, from a gift in their room on arrival to a tutored whisky tasting whilst relaxing in our Drawing Room in the evening if you would like to add that little something extra to their stay please let our events team know.

Whilst some functions require more accommodation than The Howard can provide, Channings and The Bonham, The Howard's sister hotels, can host larger parties on a bed and breakfast basis.   We would be pleased to negotiate the best accommodation rates at our sister hotels, and provide transport to your meeting at The Howard.
